HOT 97.5 (KVEG) Contest Rules
1. KVEG-FM reserves the right to end the contest at any time without additional notice.
2. Employees, associates, interns of KVEG-FM, other related sponsors, and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
3. Only one winner per household is allowed.
4. Winning contestants will be called when the prize is ready for pick up. Winning contestants can pick up their prize at the Kemp Broadcasting studios (located at 3999 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Suite K, Las Vegas, NV 89119).
5. Winners of any HOT 97.5 contests cannot win another prize from KVEG for thirty (30) days after date of winning and must wait 60 - 90 days if a trip is won.
6. Winners of any HOT 97.5 contest cannot participate in the same contest for the remainder of the contest run dates and cannot win any other contest on HOT 97.5 for thirty (30) days after date of winning.
7. In case of dispute, the decision of the KVEG-FM management is final.
8. Any contest winner must be the participant who originally dialed the phone to the radio station to participate in the contest. No family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be allowed to participate in the contest on another person’s behalf. The contestant must provide their own name, own birth date, own address, own zip code and own phone number. If a contestant uses a false or incomplete name or birth date, they will be immediately disqualified from the contest and be ineligible to win any prize.
9. This contest and the prize values may be ended or altered at the sole discretion of KVEG-FM.
10. If tickets to an event are awarded as a prize, KEMP Broadcasting is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event for any reason and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute the tickets for another prize should the event not be rescheduled or vouchers not issued.
11. The winning contestants will be required to submit sufficient identification in person or by email, including a valid driver’s license, social security card and/or birth certificate.
12. The prize winning contestant is subject to verification of their identity by KVEG-FM prior to the prize being awarded. The prize winning contestant may also be required to submit to a voice analysis to compare their voice to the grand prize winning contest call audio tape to verify an audio match. A voice analysis that does not produce an audio match will disqualify the contestant and result in a prize claim denial.
13. KVEG-FM, KEMP Broadcasting Corporation, or any of their related or affiliated entities is not responsible for any disconnection of a participant’s telephone call due to local or long distance company failure, power company failure, or other act of God.
14. As a prize winner, you acknowledge that KVEG-FM has a right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that you are a prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
15. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win any contest on KVEG. Contestants must be at least 16 years old with a valid Nevada driver’s license or Nevada I.D. to play.
16. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of KVEG-FM. Another winner will not be selected.
17. The decision of KVEG-FM management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules.
18. KVEG-FM, its representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery.
19. All contestants that participate in the contest must be 16 years of age, unless specific contest age limits are required and must be a Clark County, Nevada resident.

Prize Terms & Conditions:
Fifty winners (50) will receive a Prize Package containing four (4) 1-Day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood located in Universal City, California. Each Prize Package has an approximate Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of Six Hundred Sixteen and 00/100 Dollars ($616.00) (actual value may vary depending on actual park visit date). The 1-Day General Admission tickets will be delivered by USH to Sponsor in the form of electronic tickets for distribution to each winner. The 1-Day General Admission tickets will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

NOTE: The Prize Packages must be used by December 17, 2026 or prize will be forfeited. Depending on crowd conditions, Virtual Line™ reservations may be required to enter SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™. If winner is unable to fulfill prize during time period, winner forfeits the prize package. Blackout dates or other restrictions may apply. All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with no guest, the prize will be awarded to winner only and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Prize Packages are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, all tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at any of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues.

Universal City Studios LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood is a prize provider only in this promotion; is not a sponsor of this promotion; and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of the entries or the selection of any winner. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Studios Hollywood arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in any portion of the prize involving Universal Studios Hollywood shall be resolved by applying the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Los Angeles, California. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Sponsor and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit. By accepting the Prize, winner, on behalf of him or herself and on behalf of any individuals who use the Prize, expressly assumes the risk that during use of the Prize they may be exposed to COVID-19, the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19, or other communicable and/or infectious diseases. Winner and Guests, if any, expressly understand that these risks include contracting COVID-19 or other communicable and/or infectious diseases and the associated dangers, medical complications and physical and mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from contracting COVID-19 or other communicable and/or infectious diseases.
All parts of the Prize selected are subject to availability and blackout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics and the spread of infectious diseases, including without limitation COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization and any of the strains, variants or mutations thereof), and any related governmental or judicial actions taken in connection with, or as a response to, any such event, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Sweepstakes occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the Prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for the Prize or portion of the Prize for which Universal Studios Hollywood is responsible for, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfilment.
